1. I bought the Kaira Pro for my serial x, but I cannot update the firmware, equally the updater is only made for windows. I read another thread where support said you could do it from the app on the Xbox, but that's not true. It merely tells me that my firmware needs to be updated, and directs me to install the updater on a PC. Either Razer needs to come out with an updater for Mac, or Enable updates through the Xbox ASAP. If anybody has an alternating solution please permit me know.

2. Yep, I accept the aforementioned problem as you. I wish Razer could take made it articulate yous had to take a windows figurer to update the headset when it specifically states designed for xbox. I wouldn't accept bought it if I had know this.

5. I'yard having the same issue.

   I saw in another thread that Razer support recommended downloading the Razer app to my Xbox, which I did, simply that just directs me back to the same website for the Windows installer.

6. Aforementioned upshot. I have a Mac and a PC that is endemic by my employer no admin privilege's. Saw the aforementioned mail service that says in the app no dice.

7. I was able to observe a workaround, but it's still annoying. This will only piece of work if you're running an Intel-based Mac – it will NOT work on an M1 Mac because Boot Camp doesn't be for them.

   i. Download the Windows 10 Disc Image here. Don't worry, you do Non need a Windows license. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
   two. Open Boot Campsite Assistant on your Mac. This should brainstorm walking y'all through installing a Windows partition on your Mac. Yous volition need to select the size you lot want for the Windows partitioning – y'all won't be able to change this later & yous'll never exist able to get this space back for macOS unless you lot entirely delete the Windows partition. I chose the smallest size which was 42 GB.

   This will accept some time, but it will install Windows on your Mac and kicking y'all into Windows automatically. You lot'll need to go through the various Windows setup flows.

   After install is complete, you should be able to go to the URL for the Firmware Updater and update your headphones.

   I besides tried running Windows ten in Parallels on my Mac, which would be easier, just that didn't work. Windows didn't seem to detect my headphones existence plugged in despite numerous different attempts.

8. - Thank you for the tip I knew this was an option in that location has to be something less cumbersome though. Its 2021 come on Razer squad. Deceit hurt to throw it in hither. Thanks.
